Review: While a cynic might argue that De:tuned's tenth anniversary celebrations have been more prolonged than Liberace's last party, it has nonetheless resulted in some truly unforgettable electronic music being issued. Here, the selection moves from Spacetime Continuum's atmospheric ambient techno on "Only One Sky" and the dreamy textures of Ross 154's "Eath To Our Freinds" [sic] before a slightly darker and more ominous approach prevails on the slow, nightmarish beats of Scanner's "Mothlit". Closing out this seventh instalment of De:tuned's tenth anniversary celebrations is a more mellow piece - the loose drums and dreamy melodies of Leo Anibaldi's "Crion".

Review: 24 years old and still sounding more future than almost everything else out there; this was Jochem Peteri's first single as Ross 154 and it landed in 1993. A composite of four tracks and various echoed vibe versions, we're flung through both the Detroit and UK breakbeat vortex with a hybrid fusion that still resonates and makes complete sense today; the deep space slo-proto jungle of "Remembrance", the UR marching power of "Fragments", the warm, almost Balearic sway of "Mayflower", the sludgy slo-mo b-boy breaks of "Within You" and their companioning new age fragments have matured immaculately. Massive respect to Kirk Degiorgio for bringing this back onto radars.

Review: Sawlin, Convextion and Ross 154 feature on Delsin's centenary series as it belatedly reaches its mid point! Despite sounding like a camera model, the 100DSR/VAR series has thus far done a fine job of representing everything the Amsterdam-based Delsin has achieved musically in its 17 years of output to date. This third 100DSR sees Vault Series regular Sawlin debut proper on Delsin having featured on last year's Inertia series for sub label Ann Aimee, whilst there's also a wonderfully insouciant production from Texan producer Convextion. It's perhaps most notable however for the inclusion of the excellent "Moon FM Desire" from Ross 154, aka Dutch hero Jochem 'Neworldaquarium' Petri, which has been lifted from the Delsin archives for its first appearance on vinyl.
