Review: The latest release on Boris Brejcha's label is by two brothers from Switzerland. Although this pairing sounds like something out of a fairytale, don't be fooled, because Theydream clearly spend more time in an underground studio than skipping through the Alps. The title track is bolstered by a menacing bass that rises all the way through the arrangement, accompanied by a chilling but subtle siren riff. On "Pi Persei", the pair go deeper, but with a twist - their love of sub-sonic bass is still audible, this time supporting trance riffs and subtle back beats. The brothers' move towards the esoteric is completed on "Inertia", where they drop the tempo and allow waves of dreamy synths to wash over the groove.
