Review: Next up from Unwell, a very tasty collection indeed as we see another landing on the fabled Taipan Trax imprint, welcoming us with four breaks-inspired slides into the realm of UKG. First up, 'Atom', a moody title track that fuses spacy chord progressions with choppy drumlines, giving us a sub-heavy introductory roller. Next, more swampy goodness with the reesey synth swipes of 'Seven Ate Nine' and popping percussive grooves that follow on 'The World' continue this EP's high energy feel. Finally, 'The Law' gives us an atmospheric twist through crunchy drum processing and bubbling backdrops, rounding off this class-filled EP with style.
