Review: The team at Fortune have been on fire as of late, helping to continue dubsteps modernised revival with an exciting run of clean, sharp 140 drops. This time around they welcome HIJINX inside for their first drop in 5 months, which kicks off in heavyweight fashion through the swampy pad textures and tidy drum processing of 'Aeon'. Next up, 'Beta' focuses on more abstract percussive design and unique rhythmic ideas throughout an eerie, breathy soundscape, with the slightly more orthodox drum arrangements of 'Concentration' taking themes from trance for a slap of a finale. Another very enjoyable collection from an imprint that is making all the right types of waves.

Review: Perfect NL once again proves to be a top notch home for the one and only TMSV, who touches down with a face melting collection of 140 wobblers. We open up with the glitchy backdrops and constantly evolving sublines of 'Antagonist', a highly atmospheric journey through dungeon-like 140 themes to kick the project off in real style. Next, a more traditional marcher named 'Hollow', focussing on gritty LFO sweeps, followed by the moody sub switch ups and more stripped back rhythms of 'Insurgent'. We then jump into 'Behind The Sun' a glittering twist of mesmerising soundscaping that closes off the project with real finesse.

Review: This time around from Bait, we have a very tidy collection indeed as four heavyweight names touch down as part of the 'Baby Steps VEP' collection. We open up with the dubwise influences and marching drum lines of 'Late Steps' from Quasar, a fiery introduction packing a super subby punch, before Orchid then unloads a crunching roller in 'Burning Steppes', again upping the energy levels. From here, Moriiiis J arrives with a more minimal set up on 'I.A.F.G', a smokey slink through unique atmospherics and drum ideas, with Agon & Celine B then teaming up on 'Drifted' to give us a jittering, glitter-fueled finale, rounding off this unique collection with some real panashe.

Review: The Sneaker Social Club crew continues to impress with every new drop they deliver, this time diving further into their more garage-centric roots as they welcome House of Black Lanterns inside for four fiery creations. Opening up with 'Back To Back Special', a murky, sublow bubbler jam-packed with nostalgic drum chops and unique bass design, followed by the more brightened chord progressions of 'Out To The Private Number' and moog-driven subs slides of 'Slew', again, combining old school with originality in real style. Finally, 'Summon Like This' gives us a spacey roller to close things off, focussing on bone-chilling transitions and moody synth sweeps, rounding this project off with a serious buzz.

Review: Now this is a spicy link up indeed as the heavyweight production techniques of Truth are joined by the vocal innovation of PAV4N, delivering four spicy originals, courtesy of the stalwart Deep Dark & Dangerous imprint. First up, UK legend Saskilla stops by for a guest verse on 'Brave New World', sitting atop a murky undergrowth of sweating subs and crunchy snare swipes. After that killer introduction, we then take in the choppy drum switch-ups of 'Pythons', a synth heavy dazzler that again sees PAV4N impress, before Ashez throws some additional flare into the mix across the more scattered 'Online Overdose'. Finally, the lethal reese tweaks and industrious drum work of 'Pyrex Jackie' sees the EP out with one final subby smash.

This NYC-based producer, known for his dancefloor-igniting beats and genre-bending explorations, delivers a diverse sonic journey across four tracks. "Deep Red" kicks things off with the infectious title track, a collaboration with UK artist Grove. Grove's punk-infused energy and appreciation for soundsystem culture merge seamlessly with Doctor Jeep's production prowess, resulting in a head-turning banger. Further collaborations unfold with Australian producer Hedchef, known for his off-kilter club constructions. "I'm Rushing" blends breakbeat rave energy with a futuristic twist, guaranteed to keep bodies moving with its rolling grooves and wonky basslines. Review: This latest collection from the Locus Sound crew sees them welcome back the ever-ready production talents of Delta, a monumental figure who has gathered a number of his closest friends for this fiery four track slugfest. First up, 'HR Request' gives us eerie woodwind and percussive-heavy drums for a special rumbling roller, before the enigmatic synth slides of 'Spun', alongside Coza give us something completely different. Next, the crunching snare smashes and warbling LFO plots of 'Dudley Way' alongside Slimy Ape take the EP back to old school steppers roots, with Sentient's guest appearance on 'Doppler' then closing things off with a more minimal twist.
