Review: The new decade is already off to a running start for the Duplocc team, a label that really set the dubstep world on fire across 2019. They are back at it again here with an explosive two track selection from SBK, kicking off with the well thought out sounds of 'One Man'. This one employs a combination of gnarly LFO slaps and eastern string expressions to create both urgency and a swampy atmosphere. We witness more expert string sampling on the flip as 'Cairotes' wades into view with its shuffling drum expressions and epic harmonic structure, providing a perfect contrast to the A-side.

Review: There really is no stopping Flowdan at the minute as he returns home to Tru Thoughts again for yet another cruddy single. This latest release goes by the name of 'One Question' and it more than personifies Flowdan's uniquely demonic sound. Through a combination of evil, organ-like synthesizers and dark, moogy bass subs the composition provides the perfect platform over which Flowdan himself is able to less loose. He approaches this one as a call and response between himself and an affected vocal addition, providing and interesting contrast throughout the recording, and we love it!
