Review: Berlin tech house imprint follows up great releases by Sid Le Rock and Jori Hulkonnen with a fresh one by Nathan Jonson, who appears to be no longer using his HRDVSN pseudonym. He's still delivering his signature dark techno sound though, so it's all good. First track "Towards The Sun" clocks in at just under ten minutes and it's a typically mysterious affair with a bumpy bassline that morphs away beneath a shuffling rhythm, dark pads and Jonson's haunting vocals. There's a dub version too! Always the multifaceted type, Jonson throws down some pop-inflected numbers next on "4 Faces" with its chopped up female vocals over a funky little beat, but don't worry; it's still dark! Finally "Hide All Others" is a cheeky (yet undeniably sinister) minimal track for the morning set that'd appeal to fans of m_nus or Items & Things.
