Review: Either running casually late for this year's Halloween, or remarkably keen for spooky season 2024, two bright new-gen jump-up stars Foe and Magenta link-up for the pranged out creeper 'Afraid'. Moody but moving, 'Afraid' takes a classic mid 2000s flavoured style of jump-up and laces it with really creepy horror sample. The result is dancefloor and double drop heaven. It's backed up with plenty more party-punchers such as the groaning, twisted 'Games' and the murderation murker 'Blood Sport'. All made for mixing pleasure, there's enough tricks and treats here.

Review: Audiofelonzrecords have unleashed a very exciting box of tricks here as they invite the enigmatic production approaches of Dubbage to the table, slamming together some of the most raucous arrangements we have seen in a hot minute. The title track 'Tiger Kung Fu' immediately drops us into an industrial pit of gnarly, reese-driven madness, with the distorting drum slaps of 'Hectic' and more grizzly synth growls of 'Remedy' in close pursuit. From here, we jump into some skippy low end mulches and glittering toplines in 'Outlaw', before the hypnotic melodic twists and catchy vocal riffs of 'Eyes On Me', gives us a sickening outro, rounding off the EP with an extra degree of dystopian feeling.
