Review: A refreshingly off the wall release from Bonus Round's Point B, who simply kills it on the Siriusmo-esque title tune, "Kwaq". Starting slow, the slew of octave-straddling wonky synths pick up BPMs when the beat drops, creating a brilliantly chaotic and wonderfully inventive bass tune that gets a huge thumbs up from us. "Girder" comes in along the same lines, only filtered down and just a little subtler but still with a huge amount of floor-pounding potential, while "Asking Nicely" is an echoey and intensely fidgety garage workout. With the crazy bass waves of "Jakt" rounding off the EP, we suggest this is certainly one name to watch.
