Review: UK producer Distinkt is on some next level vibes with this new one-track bullet for the shady Crucast mandem, and he's mixing up genres like it's 2001. "China Town" sounds more Brixton than Shanghai; the tune is full of pace and dark, ominous bass frequencies, driven by a quick-firing 4/4 groove that manages to mould percussion and bass with the upmost skill and tactic. Badman ting.

Review: Kicking off 2021 in style was a feat never in question by the CruCast team, as they begin their year with a set of absolute floor fillers from Axel Boy, who pulls out all the stops for this super impressive four track selection. We begin in collaborative mode as 'Wylin' sees TITUS join the party with some gorgeous vocal electrification, followed by euphoria uncompromised come the break down. From here 'Idk' delivers a more subtle LFO roller, again combining heavily modified vocal samples to freak out a dance completely before Mila Falls gets involved for her vocal mastery on the hard hitting synthesizer-lead 'Delirious'. Finally 'Lunacy' provides us with a classic-sounding dancefloor smasher, providing high energy drum rolls and more of those lethal synthesizer maneuvers to blow the roof off any rave.

Review: The CruCast team return here with another box of bassy magic as they bring onboard NLMT for four exclusive originals. The EP kicks off with the powerful tastings of 'Place One', which combines electroshock bass sounds with crafty vocal movements from Phase. Next up 'Back & Forth' which turns up the pressure through weighty high end synths before we hit the ecstatic grooves and melodies of 'Possession'. Finally we finish off the fun with the straight 4x4 carnage of 'Prisoner" which allows metallic growling synths to run wild.

Review: After an incredible showing at Parklife festival and a very popular Rinse.FM takeover, Crucast return to their release schedule with a stack of weighty remixes for TS7's 'Motion Shift'. We begin with TS7's own VIP mix, which combines pounding subs and gliding synths over punchy 4x4 rhythms. The legendary of AC Slater steps up with his stripped back 2-steppy redesign, followed by Livesy's gritty overhaul. Finally we finish up on Annix's jungalistic jump up fusion of a remix, set to turn dances into zoos up and down the country. Crucast have certainly delivered another classic with this one!

Review: In a crowded scene, it's important for large scale label projects such as CruCast to focus on bringing new talent through the scene, keeping the more established artists on their toes whilst injecting new levels of diversity and creativity. We here see them introduce five acts, kicking off with Xeonz who presents his electric 'World', packed with melodic energy. MPH follows with his vibrant creation entitled 'Crash', alongside Mindstate, who joins forces with Cal for 'Work'. PZP then joins the party with the vocal heavy composition of 'On You', before the gritty sub rolls of Hoda's 'Broccoli Dub' finishes up the release with a dash of finesse.
