Review: Whenever the Infernal Sounds banner is unveiled we know we are going to be in for a good time, this time welcoming the explosive production techniques of Katch inside for a fiery four track drop. We open up with 'Galactic', an erratic combo of sleek & slimy LFO bass notation with unpredictable drum rhythms in toe, followed by a more skippy 2-stepping texture in 'Argon'. Things get super glitchy next as 'Alcubierre' delivers a mind numbing box of sonic tears and rips, with both the stuttered drum funks of 'Lightyears' and more syncopated rhythmic designs of OZ's 'Alcubierre' remix then signing the EP off. Very enjoyable stuff indeed.

Review: Whenever the Infernal Sounds banner is unfurled in the store, we know it's time to sit back and embrace the inevitable sonic onslaught they have in store, with this latest four track collection from Teffa being just the ticket. We open up with the vibrant sub processing and dubwise arrangement of 'Time For A Change', taking calming vocal samples and spacious layouts to unleash a monstrous introduction. Next, more percussive-lead energy as 'Shapeshifter' then arrives with a skippy feeling laced throughout its tidy drum designs and subtle subs, with the spacey pad backdrops and delayed vocals of 'Nobody Cares' then giving us a glittering follow up. Finally, the LFO squelches of 'Velvet Rooms' give us a tasty finale to chow down on, rounding off another very successful outing from the Infernal Sounds team.

Review: As always, Teffa arrives in smoking hot form for his Infernal Sound return, unloading a voluptuous collection of rib-cage-rattling weaponry across four spicy new original creations. We open up the EP with a look at the clicky percussion and smooth chord progressions of 'My Own Blues', a serious title track with a sub-heavy twist that will knock your socks off, followed by the smokey backdrops and sharpened drum processing of 'No Need' to keep the pace high. Next, more sub-heavy minimalism as the subtle shuffles of 'Calculations' wade into play, delivering a frankly flawless soundscape, with 'Think About It' then being a tasty closing note, packed with a low-ended subby fuzz. Beautiful stuff!

Review: What a spicy collection we have to dive into here as we check out the latest offerings from the Infernal Sounds crew, a fiery three way combination between FLO, OZ & Q100, delivering four system-ready pumpers. First up 'Cruizer' gives us a seriously weighty title track, sculpting sizzling synthesiser crunches and gnarly bass curls, tied up with animated sword-swinging percussion. Next, "Rewind" dives into a much more syncopated pattern, linking together spicy subs and aquatic FX, before the metallic crunches of 'Screwface' follow a similar rhythm with a lot more potency. Finally, a skippier number as 'Peeker's Advantage' takes elements of skippy UKG with tidy percussive pulses to round off a very exciting EP in style.

Review: As one of the most undeniably consistent dubstep imprints of 2022, we are thrilled to see the Infernal Sounds crew turning the heat up right from the start of the year as they deliver a mega compilation project, featuring 17 absolute sizzlers. The range that Infernal Sounds are able to deliver is very apparent across this project from start to finish, from the otherworldly chord shimmers of Conzi's 'Drift' to the more sublow synthesiser sweeps of 'Executioner' from Blottarz and all the way back to the intricate percussive mastery of Bisweed's 'By My Side'. It's an all star cast, with the likes of Mistah, Substrada, Dayzero, Gnesha, Kodama and more all providing heavy hitters, with our favourites including E S P's super spooky whirlpool entitled 'Open Mind', next to Saraphim's super smooth 'Cool Box' original.

Review: Kodama has been on a real roll across the majority of 2022, with a number of high quality EP drops landing with a wicked response. He here teams up with the ever-ready Infernal Sounds for a masterful showcase of new school dubstep heat. We open up our journey with the huge bassline manoeuvres of 'Gekko', a creepy sweep through chiming melodic drifts and sharpened drum taps, next to 'Fijit', a hypnotic twist up through murky synthetic layers and subtle breaks for good measure. We then enjoy the moogy bass-driven goodness of 'Sneakers', a more unique sounding arrangement, dripping in original sound design, before the suave harmonies and shimmering drum structures of 'Wiretap' give us one hell of a final sting. Another successful drop for both Kodama and the Infernal Sounds team.

Review: The consistency with which the Infernal Sounds crew have been operating over the course of 2022 is something that really needs to be shouted about more, as they now unleash MYTHM's latest masterclass. We open up with 'Bare', a sumptuous combination of crunchy breaks drum work and grimey vocal samples, tied together with clunky percussion and a constantly shifting sub-scape. From here 'Pusha' gives us a reesey scourge, fusing bell-like melodics and gnarly synth action below, with continuing this theme across another system-ready arrangement. Another wicked collection from MYTHM who continues to push the boundaries out further with every single drop.

Review: It's always exciting to see new Infernal Sounds material landing in the store, with today's helping coming to us from the moody production book of Hella, who impresses with three powerful creations. We open up with the devilish vocal displays and busy percussive sweeps of 'Back Up', a crunchy overall design that kick starts the intensity of the EP perfectly, before the super clicky drum design and percussion inclusion of 'Dare I Say' gives us something a little more subtle, focussing on shimmering melodic stutters and a more calm sense of rhythm. Finally, 'Foul Play' deploys a warping bassline across the lower end of it's arrangement, topped with colourful drum chops and a moody backdrop to match, rounding off the EP in wicked fashion.
