Punto - "Groove Inferno" - (6:08)
147 BPM Review: The fourth split release on Interruption gets off to a flying start with Sterling Moss' "Last Days Of Disco". It's a frenetic, driving affair from the veteran techno producer - but the use of looped disco filters sets it apart from most peak-time tunes. "Ravers Advice Bureau" from Tik Tok Taylor is a tougher take on this sound, with vocal snippets woven into the repetitive, metallic groove. Label owner David Oblivion opts for a more visceral approach with "Lost & Found", where a wall of electronic sound is woven into a jacking groove. Rounding off the release is the high tempo rhythm and ravey stabs of Punto's "Groove Inferno".
