Review: Next up from the ever-ready Liondub International, a throwback filled to the brim with lethal flavours as Conrad Subs touches down to deliver four tracks of pure dancefloor fire. We open up with the unpredictable synthetic twitches and reesey rumbles of 'Rave Report', setting the tone of the project nicely before 'Dough' gives us a more minimal fusion of growling bass notes and sharpened drum designs. Next, 'Big Chungus' opens up the roof for an even harder hitting sub-line, upping the ante even further as we move forward, with Speaker Louis providing some additional work on the well thought out rhythmic arrangements of 'Shots Fired'. Another tidy collection from the Liondub dynasty.

'Voodoo' stirs up some serious black magic to set the scene. Tight drums, groaning basses and an ice cold sample, it leaves us under no illusion as to what's next... 'Artillery' is all about those buzzy high frequency licks, 'Displacement' is a wonky old affair that you could imagine someone like Tyke or Hazard dropping at 6am and twisting minds while 'Power Of Mind' closes on a dark, demonic tip. Review: Following their epic JNGL MAPS opus in 22, Lost City return to Liondub International with another wedge of wallopers. As always, fusion and versions are aplenty as the duo roll their sleeves up and get super vibrant. 'The Chase' is a firm statement as Mozaia gets dramatic with her topline and the boy get busy on some epic Camo & Krooked style flavours and 'Can't Breathe' follows suit as Mozaia stays on board for the more theatrical fire but this time in more of a Latin mode. Both main tracks come complete with JNGL variations while 'Check' and 'Rolla Joint' close the EP with heavyweight dancefloor energy. Time, once again, to get Lost.

Review: Turn on your GPS and get seeking! Sam Pyro is 'Lost In The Rave' and we need to find him before his mum gets worried! 'Lost In The Rave' is a great place to commence the hunt. Classic detuned synth stabs and a pitched up vocal tells us he's front left. With its gritty, twisted bassline 'Something' tell us he's skanking hard with the massive while the ultra rave dynamics of 'Pull It' suggest he might be climbing up onto the stage and doing an unsoliciated rewind for the DJ. Finally we hit the final clue 'Freedom' and all is clear. With its breezy pads, urgent vocal and rasping bassline there's no other place he's likely to be... in the smokers chatting nonsense. Review: It's always good to see new heat land from the Liondub International crew, this time welcoming Jinx In Dub and Bluntskull inside for a vibrant 8 track set, opening up alongside Suku for the fiery hook lines of 'Wicked', followed closely grizzly bass intertwines and crunchy percussive influences of 'Bim Bam' alongside Bay-C. Collaboration is clearly a big theme on this project, opening up further with Cheshire Cat jumping into play with the classic hip hop drum drives and syncopated chords of 'Hotta Hotta', before Skarra Mucci takes us back to the 90's with a super smooth roller in 'Listen To Me Now'. The basslines only increase in intensity as we move forward, with Daddy Freddy then unleashing a monstrous vocal on 'To The Top', followed by Blackout JA & Rafeelya joining forces for the more softened arrangements of 'Turn Up The Music'. Finally, two hard hitting rollers, firstly seeing Capital D deliver a tidy chopped up vocal line on the skip-inspiring rhythms of 'Blaze Up', before Natty Campbell's toasted vocal additions on 'None Ah Dem' see the project out in style. Every single track is a highlight here as we slide and glide from vibe to vibe. Bladerunner's 'Jungle Strike' is the perfect intro that sucks us deep into action with pure energy while elsewhere other cuts like the VIP of Jayline's 'The Lion' go full-on elephant bass, Conrad Subs goes classical jungle with the chops, cuts and warping bass notes of 'Call It Love' and Teej gets militant with his breaks on his remix of SuM's 'Disorder'. Review: Seeing a new release from the Liondub international crew is always a Monday highlight, with this latest combination of Capital D, Liondub & Rumble Mad being another wicked addition to their already impeccable catalogue. We are given two spicy singles, kicking off with the super-electronic dancehall flavours of 'Mad Smaddy', seeing Capital D take the lead role in a serious heater, doused in punchy drum work and sizzling bassline energy below. On the flip, we see Rumble arrives with 'Bellyas Version', giving the same riddim a more instrumental feel, showcasing just how potent it stands with an almost apocalyptic feel running throughout its explosive arrangement.
