Review: East London disco/house party promoters turned DJ/party crew Low Slung first made it onto wax earlier this year, and now have made the leap to digital with their debut release. The fact that Andy Ash and Matthew Kyle have been recruited to handled remix duties gives a clue as to Low Slung's sound; a jazzy, sophisticated blend of contemporary disco-house bump and deep house nous. "Enjoy" itself is luscious, delivering head-nodding beats, liquid harp flourishes and the tastiest of bittersweet keys. Kyle's version retains much of the original's warmth, subtly beefing up the chugging beats in his inimitable style. "Don't You Mind" goes further towards loose deep house pastures, while Andy Ash's expansive remix takes it further towards the dancefloor.
