Review: Gold Panda's Notown label welcomes new talent Hannes Rasmus to their fresh roster of artists with Analog Ist Besser. "An Einem Donnerstag Im September" is a beautiful house track with a gorgeous set of percussion segments and one hell of a bassline - ranging from UK bass to balearic moods, while "Analog Ist Besser" contains some of the bounciest synth chords we've heard in a while. "Wid Sind Hier Nicht In Detroit, Dirk" aptly pays homage to the Motor City's techno flex, where Rasmus beefs up the beats and turns a little bit darker, whereas "Die Idee Ist Gut Doch Die Welt Ist Schon Zu Weit" brings in a serious dosage of electro muscle to the picture, finishing off the EP in fine style.
