Representing the new-gen to the max, cuts like NTG & Masson's high voltage 'Last Vice', Decrypt's addictive low-slung mischief-maker 'Everything I Do' and the wild rasping laser bass of Zootie & Masimba's brilliantly titled 'Daddy's Got A Gun' all fire with a fresh unruly energy and that's barely scratching the surface of this exceptional collection. Review: Another wicked selection makes its way to the front of the store here from the Onlydrums team, welcoming both Foe & Kensei inside for six tracks of raucous original energy. First up, the pair combine their productive talents on the hellish soundscapes of 'Demons', followed by the twisted backdrops and syncopated drum slides of 'See The Love'. Next, Foe arrives on solo duty as 'Flying Kick', firstly providing us with a bulbous bass slap, focussing on stripped back drum designs, followed by the audacious synth ideas of 'The Immortal' for a nice contrast. Finally, Kensei delivers two additional heaters with 'Territory' being a nuclear weapon, ready to detonate lethal synth designs on any dancefloor, alongside the more roller-driven arrangements of 'Feeling Lucky'. Top work from both!

Review: Released 18 months ago, Decrypt returns to his monstrous "Too Dutty" and gives it a serious VIP lick of paint. Big reeces, cut throat breaks and a drop into the springiest of riffs, it's a hurricane of savagery hurtling at you at a speed of 174BPM. Need even more drama? Get busy with Smuggler's remix. Barking basslines and swooping strings on the breakdown, this really is so dutty you need a wash after dropping it.

Review: Summer time calls for summer snacks and what better than a cool and creamy 'Cornetto'? Here's one served up by Bristol's Magness. Last spotted on Liondub with his album Art Of War, he's now serving up the goodies on OnlyDrums and they cross the whole menu... The title track itself is nice and refreshing with its mild trance element in the synths. 'Where's My Baccy' takes us deep into the most entitled corners of Bristol for a good old smoke and a moan before 'Chunky Funky' bursts through the fog with rippling cosmic charm. Finally 'Let Me Love You' closes the EP with a series of gentle piano strokes and a wonderful soulful vocal sample. Cool as ice cream.
