Review: Roi delivers an impressive deep house release. The title track is the main focus here and deservedly so. Dramatic synths sweep in over heavy claps and a grungy bass sees the arrangement surge and build.
It's an upbeat slice of modern house with its roots in the classic deep house of Chicago. The Grobas version is heavier and faster, with metallic claps surrounding the rolling groove and dark bassline. Finally, the Pepe Arcade version delivers a more insistent take on the original, its pumping groove powered by doubled up drums, a series of dramatic breakdowns and a multitude of filters.
