Review: Berlin's Keen K has been producing with London-based Kinky Rowland since the late 80s. Their tracks on this here spilt EP really display the quality of production that comes with just such experience. Italo disco is the order of the day with "Love Robot" all about gentle melancholic synths and hushed vocals, while "You Are My Magic" is arpeggiated vocoder pop and "Inverted Science" is pulsating analogue hiNRG. Infinity Night however opt for quirky reworks of people like Valerie Dore. Two very different takes on a similar theme.
