The EP is made up of 6 tracks carried in the juke/footwork style, although the producer allowed himself to step outside the boundaries of the classic Chicago sound. The classic percussion rhythms of Roland's 808 drum machine are intertwined with chopped amen break samples and sounds straight out of Hip-Hop productions. This base layer gets drizzled with vocals stemming from the vibes of R&B, Hip Hop and Brazilian funk.
