Review: Listening to this compilation of tracks by Spanish producer Fernando Bedriñana aka Fer BR, it sounds like the loop techno sound of the late 90s is alive and well. However, thanks to advancements in digital technology, Bedriñana is able to make the end result more varied and often times unpredictable. "Get Up & Move" is a good example: starting with a straight techno loop, it incorporates vocal snippets, brassy stabs and, midway through, a huge building siren riff. This diversity means that tracks like Fer BR's remix of "Late Night" by Carl Falk have a lighter feeling than before - and it also guarantees that the Spanish producer has a few hits in waiting, most notably his sunshine house joint venture with Raul Mezcolanza, "Que No Pare".
