Review: We are here introduced to a fantastic slice of futuristic dub music as we see the very modern production styles of Jahyu touch down of Tripedal Crow. This one is packed from start to finish with the experimental dub flavours that excite us the most, from the rolling bass tones of the title track 'Intimacy' to the subtle chord movements of 'Dub Anarchist' which follows'. Next, 'Fake Dub' arrives with a potent LFO bass lead, underneath more classic dubwise sounds, before the lethal subs and sharpened piano riffs of 'Take Action' touch down. Finally, we finish up with 'Public Madness', an eastern inspired rumble, putting the finishing touches on this one perfectly.
Review: Korean German mystic mister JahYu returns to his own label Tripedal Cow. Teaming up with Ras Tinny, it's the strongest message of our time as they directly call out one of the most loathsome of UK politicians, citing the state of urgency across the world. The original and Version are deep digi dub excursions marinated in spirituality and space while remixes from Alpha & Omega and the currently unavoidable Akcept rattle with weight as they direct themselves square at the dance. Movement is the message.
