Review: Wilfy D on Vitamin D is usually a recipe for something spectacularly healthy, with this new two-track pairing alongside Ghost proving to be just that, the treat we never saw coming. Firstly, we open up with UK Funky-inspired rhythmic arrangements and eerie vocal performances of 'After Dark', which lays the groundwork immediately and delivers a seriously smokey design, tied together by truly tidy sub work. On the flip, we go even more no holds barred as 'Spend The Night' focuses heavily on smooth sub-processing and carnival-inspired rhythms, giving us a perfect b-side accompaniment.

Review: Whenever we see Wilfy D & Vitamin D in the same sentence, we know we are in for a good time, with this latest collection being a very tasty box indeed. First up, we jump right into the heart of the dance as the scale-riding chord progressions, moogy bass pulses and huge vocal displays of WEN are unveiled on 'Never 4Get', an instant rave-ready heater. Next, an untitled ode to classic garage flavour, focussing on R&B-esc vocal displays and moody organs, before London Soul Exchange close the EP off with 'Want You Back', another nostalgia-inducing thrill ride through harmonized vocal chops and dipping bassline action. Lovely stuff!

Review: This is a link up we didn't expect to see, but boy were we happy to as K-Lone & Wilfy D combine their unique production styles for a glorious four track exchange. First up 'Moodswings' delivers an uplifting groove, manipulating a delicate array of vocal slices and layering them between tidy organ riffs and lively 4x4 drum steps, chased up by 'STR8 UP', another vocal-driven marvel, jam-packed with singalong flavour. From here, 'Getting Late' again utilizes that concept of vocal slicing, but this time in a much more minimal approach, focusing instead on spacey drum loops and intricate bass moogs. We then finish up with one final dash of creamy delight as 'Strawberries' takes it back to the essence with some smooth chord progressions and minimal 2-stepper grooves, rounding off another impressive outing from both!

Review: As always with the wonderful Wilfy D, we appear to have stumbled onto a bit of a gem collection with this latest two track drop on Vitamin D, exploring the more soulful end of the garage spectrum with some flavoursome creations. We begin our journey with the emphatic vocal drives and chord switches of '90's Baby', which gives us a seriously flavourful dose of newschool garage flavour with a typically crispy Wilfy D twist. On the flip, we take in 'FTIF4U', a much more low-driving roller, driven by some spectacular vocal sampling and subtle organ melodies, giving the whole track a refreshing yet old school feel. Fantastic work from Wilfy D on this one!
