Review
Jose Chacon aka PWCCA makes his Mord debut with a heavyweight four-tracker. The title track gets the release off to a thrilling start, as a dense, grimy bass provides the backdrop for firing hi hats and punchy drums. "Circle Trip" further ramps up the intensity levels, with a distorted low end and pummelling kicks. There is no let-up either on "Wrong Destination". This time, the drums are denser than before, and they give a platform to shrill percussive volleys and an all-encompassing, frazzled riff. In comparison, "Failed Data" sounds laid back, but its stepping rhythm and textured filters still pack a powerful punch.Get new release alerts
