Alejandro Mosso returns with Esserts - a four-track EP that showcases his masterful blend of emotive melodies and immersive rhythms. With a career spanning over two decades and releases on labels like Hivern Discs and Third Ear, the Argentine-born, Berlin-based producer has honed a sound that sits comfortably between house, minimal, and experimental music. The title track opens with a melting piano chord hook and evolving drums, leading to an emotive peak that feels magical in its unraveling. "Bruson" follows with a satisfying groove and dynamic melodic notes, while "Sosneado" offers hypnotic swirls and vocal-like keys that wrap around the listener. Laurence Guy's remix of "Sosneado" adds a hyper-melodic twist, complete with a sax line and chiming keys, making for a perfect record closer.
