Argentinian producer Ivan Podwiazny AKA Alexny brings us a fourth volume in this Furious Mandrill series that sees him re-editing vintage global music tracks for contemporary dancefloor purposes. The precise source material will sadly have to go unidentified this time around, but the emphasis throughout this installment is on sounds of Latin American origin, with 'Brisa Da Praia' a lilting shuffle that surely HAS to be Brazilian in origin, 'Una Vida Larga' a serviceable slab of torch-y tropical disco, 'Salga De Casa' sounding more Central American or Mexican (at a guess) and 'Huayno' paying tribute to the traditional music of Bolivia and Peru.Get new release alerts
