Following a series of releases on Android Muziq, Alexskyspirit debuts on the long-running Planet Rhythm. The title track is a deep, pulsating affair that resounds to a throbbing rhythm and atmospheric synths, while on "Restricted", this emerging producer drops a bass-led groove soaked in acid tones. Clearly, Alexskyspirit is a diverse producer and "X Echoes" sees him up the tempo to drop a Mike Parker-style bleep techno workout that's also full of dramatic synth textures. Changing tact again but maintaining his dance floor focus on "Exegesis", Alexskyspirit drops a clanging, metallic rhythm to underpin ghostly, sweeping synths.
