Something refreshingly different for you here as Pollinate records welcome a new signing in the form of Portuguese producer/dj Marfox. Following his debut EP on Principe, here he delivers five tracks in his unique Kuduro and Batida styles. Two genres which although well outside-the-box, do have many elements to make them work in progressive and techno sets. All five are percussion led with lots of interesting programming and use of a wide variety of drums and fills. There is a strong tribal edge and a relentless roll to them all.
