Trance twosome turned Balearic survivors Blank & Jones has handed over the parts to their latest single to Cassara, a producer last seen collaborating with Boris Dlugosch on Running Back. Interestingly, he's decided to retain the effortlessly sun-kissed feel of the Emma Brammer-sporting original version, wrapping all manner of expansive and life-affirming musical elements (woozy synth chords, glistening electric guitars, swirling strings and toasty Rhodes flourishes) around a lolloping, floor-friendly groove. The resultant edited and extended versions are Balearic disco personified, with Brammer's vocal rising above a rich and effervescent groove. There's no attempt to push the tempo and beef up the beats, just a celebration of the track's colourful positivity. Bravo!
