Parisian DJ/producer Boogie Vice teams up with N-You-Up, a DJ/producer from the south of France, and Mx Blouse, a queer/non-binary rapper who hails from South Africa but is now also based in Paris, on what's essentially a straight-up cover of the Jungle Brothers classic, albeit with the addition of fresh - and non-jarring - rap elements from Blouse. The fairly self-explanatory Extended, Drumapella and Dub mixes plough a classic house furrow and have clearly looked to Chi-town for inspiration, while the bass-heavy and synthier Hope Street At Night Mix takes us into darker territory.
