Following a fine recent hook-up with old pal Dan Ghenacia on the reborn Music For Freaks label, Chris Carrier returns to Robsoul Recordings, an imprint he first graced way back in 2004. He begins with the booming, tech-house/disco-house hybrid "Fever Tree", before doffing a cap to his angular, metallic tech-house passed on the chunky box jam "To The Wonder". On "Feel Good Tonight", he successfully dips his toe into the crystal clear waters of vintage U.S deep house, layering rich chords and snaking sax samples atop a bumping groove.
