Like a Wild West gunslinger impatiently waiting for High Noon, Chris Grubizna has invited us to a "Showdown". With the assistance of Masterworks Music, he's hoping to slay us with a quintet of weapons-grade reworks. He first proves his credentials via the jaunty sax loops, flanged funk guitars, booming bass and swinging house drums of "Rollin' On Da Groove", before dressing entirely in purple and reaching for the P-funk synths on insatiable '80s electrofunk revision "Right-On-U".
