Review
Unusually for a footwork release, the opening track on Jit Down Get Down is deep and soothing rather than hi-pitched and frenetic, and it finds itself adopting a deep house, instrumental hip hop kind of vibe. Meanwhile drums start rattling and chords bounce in "Crush", while the title track slightly references rave with its reverberating stabs and squiggly synths. "Move Left, Move Right" is the EP's highlight with some of the grooviest flutter-drums you'll hear from that side of the Atlantic.Get new release alerts
