The latest split release on COD3 QR is a wonderfully diverse affair. At the house end of the spectrum there's the rolling tribal beats of Labat's "Redlights", while Nic As Well impresses with the break beat-led "Nacaduct". Soulful sounds also prevail on "Sump Dub", where storied producer Calibre delivers a sensuous broken beat track. A COD3 QR compilation wouldn't be complete without echoes of Detroit. On this occasion, this sound comes in the shape of Madben's cinematic breaker "The Mightiest Galaxy" and Deetron's peak-time "Pulse".
