Danny Byrd's never been one to do things by halves and this release is pure bass madness across a full spectrum of genres from D&B to garage, house and hip-hop. Of course it's all high-energy at the 170bpm mark - you know what he's like - but the exciting thing about this LP is that you never know what you're going to get from track to track. Featuring massive singles "Bad Boy (Back Again)", "Ill Behaviour"and "4th Dimension", a certain chocolate factory makes a number of appearances in mentions throughout, as well as guest spots from Brookes Brothers, Rhymestar and Serocee among others. Elsewhere, garage-calypso-grime-D&B hybrid "Battle" sits side by side with punchy rave stormer "Touchline" like genre-clashing ain't no thing. It's a proper collection of full-blast party tunes held together by one man's hyperactive imagination. How can you not love that?
