Swiss producer Dario D'Attis' profile is on the rise, if this is certainly anything to go by: a release on Steve Bug's mighty Poker Flat! Following up several impressive outings on the likes of the local Purple Music and Hive Audio: where he provided similarly effective grooves, "Solera" once again sees him serve up some moody and elevating tech house attitude, that rolls along just as you like it. "Somebody" (original mix) utilises chopped and pitched up diva vocals with hypnotic melodies on this slow burning progressive house journey: optimized for serious dancefloor drama. Finally, "Solera" (Reprise mix) does exactly what it says on the tin. It returns for one more bash at the killer track: this one's a beatless tool version that still manages to distill some of the energy and suspense of the original.
