More deep house with a distinctly NewYork flavour from Strength Music boss DJ QU, this time on Sascha Dive's Deep Vibes Imprint. "Law" is a punchy sojourn into the innards of expertly arranged deep house with a Latin tinge - crisp percussion shakes around echoing strings as perfectly timed piano stabs cascade in and out the mix to a backdrops of sinister sounding 'Law' vocal refrains. Veteran duo Brothers Vibe turns in a belly growling dub version which strips away the piano and strings and adds a small army of percussive edits. Sascha Dive puts his epic remix hat on and contributes a 14 minute C20H25N3O remix which slowly morphs from a stripped back slowed down version of QU's original into a deep undulating bumper around the six minute mark with a gloriously warm acid bassline (which the more chemically minded might have guessed from the title of Dive's remix).Get new release alerts
