Between them, Dustin Zahn and Joel Mull have a few decades' worth of music-making experience, and they bring it to bear on this release for Swedish imprint Parabel. "Vesperum Winds" sees bells tolling and synths swirling over a dubby backing, while on the title track, they up the ante for a somewhat tougher approach. The drums are heavier and more tribal and the atmospheric elements are limited to the occasional whisper. "Morning Glade" follows a similar path, but sees heavy tones and eerie, organic samples unravelling over tough kicks, while closing track "Lake Hawkins" marks a return of sorts to the mode that prevailed on "Winds" albeit with slightly more detuned melodic riffs
