Review
This release really does evoke connotations of dwelling in caves. 'Stalagmite' is creepy, echoing and drippy, it almost feels damp. It's full of eerie shuffles and scuttles which make you feel you're sharing your space with a myriad of creatures. The sub pulsates slowly, coaxing you like a glowing energy source, offering a glimmer of hope as you explore deeper into the track. The Tetrad remix is slightly more stripped back, allowing element to be heard openly, together with its blurred strings it's a brighter version. 'Stalactite' is a slow stepper, full of reverb crashes and a weird ghostly howl. The Alter Echo remix is hard hitting and more powerful than the original.Get new release alerts
