Ear Butter debuts on the militant Digital 6 with a heavy one-tracker, shooting all bass head out of the way and storming down on the sound system like a pile of bricks. For being his debut, "Bottles Up" is both masterfully executed and memorable, where a squawking mutant bass folds over juke drum patterns and detuned hip hop vocals.
