A truly international affair as Croatian producer Eddy Ramich and his Austrian oppo Roman Rauch join forces with UK vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Pete Josef for a single on German label Sonar Kollektiv. Josef's wistful soulful vocal may nudge a little too close to pop territory for some, but if you're down with the vox you do get two quite different mixes to choose from, with the Original a light n' fluffy 'beach house'-like affair while Shuya Okino & ROOT SOUL's remix (my pick) adds a fat funk bassline and live-sounding drums, and as such may have more immediate floor appeal.Get new release alerts
