Helping shoot the name of French hardware purist Fasme into bright and shiny lights for the artist's third ever release, and first of Feel My Bicep for 2021, is this feel-good and rave-inspired Home single. With all manner of classic '90s hallmarks coming into play like classic lines of acid and deft 909 drum machine sequences - what makes the sounds of Fasme stand out is the pure emotive-electro touch the artist places in the music. With cosmic inspirations abound, it's both "Coton" and "ICI" that sees warm and heartfelt 303s dive through a call and response of retro-synths both melancholic and uplifting. The same could be said for "Home", however it's far more inspired than downcast, with a plodding bassline warming things up even further. Add some snapping snares, stair-sailing synths and a touch of loved-up keys, and you've got a bonafide club classic.
