Review
It sounds like Get Physical has gone back to its roots for this release. Penned by Spanish producer German Brigante, it has all the hallmarks of early releases on the label. The title track features Chicago kettle drums, a low-slung, jacking groove and the type of grinding bass and slightly psychedelic melody that typified the first few Booka Shade and M.A.N.D.Y records. The remix is based on a similar approach. It sees Keinemusik boss David Mayer deliver a more teased out arrangement, but the key elements - the rugged bass, neat percussion and shimmering, synth-based melodies - are all present and correct.Get new release alerts
