Review
There's some interesting genre fusions on this collaborative EP from producers Haze and Doctor. Lead cut "Now You Changed My World" kicks things off by mashing together chunky, West Coast deep house, swirling strings, twinkling piano house keys and the sort of vocal cut-ups that recall the glory days of Todd Edwards. Doctor's version of "How Can I Do This" sounds like a breathless fusion of classic Italian house and piano-heavy trad garage, while Haze's mix goes deeper and dubbier whilst retaining some UKG bump to the beats. "First Light", meanwhile, again breathes new life into the classic deep-but-groovy world of 90s Italian house whilst retaining a cute, contemporary feel.Get new release alerts
