It might be pretty much impossible to stumble across an authentic illegal rave these days unless you live in darkest Cumbria - but that's not stopping ClawhammerRecordz from recreating that off-the-edge feeling. Hardcore mixed with heavily warped bass and hard-hitting percussion, Dub Insurgent's "Fear" does the grand job of gearing you up for what lies ahead. Defmatik chooses samples from rave news reports, while Danger does industrial with the top-heavy clang of "Destroy" and Ambassadors channels the real rave sound with "Side Arm".
