Is there any surprise that this combo is as good as it is? Whenever we see Tru Thoughts touchdown we know we are in for a wicked ride, however, when you then throw both the legendary vocals of Irah and smooth production stylings of Abstrakt Sonance into the blend, we are onto something truly special. The title track 'Duppy Show' is a perfectly produced gnarly exploration between dubstep and eastern themes, topped off by Irah's demonic vocal presence. The more grimey influenced tastings of 'No Smoke' follows, with urgent horns leading the way between Irah's hard hitting vocal melodies. Finally, 'Busy With The Gang' finishes everything off in style, with additional vocal support and surging dubstep style subs doing major damage.Get new release alerts
