New York City legend Joeski is back, following up a killer remix for UK producer Denney on Knee Deep In Sound and the sexy, pop-inflected "I Want You" on Crosstown Rebels earlier this year. His new one for local institution Nervous features "Drum Speak", which is a moody and heads down tech-house jam for secret warehouse parties. Turn the lights down low for this one, it reaches near tribal moments like the sounds of the city's club sound at the turn of the millennium. He then gets pretty direct with the fiercely functional DJ tool "Dark Matter" up next, which sees him nail that NYC/Jersey style deep techno sound - made popular by locals like Fred P and DJ Qu.
