Since heading back into the studio in 2014 following a seven-year break, Joeski has delivered some of his most potent work to date. Predictably, there's plenty more peak-time treats to be found on this cheeky three-tracker for Happy Techno Music. Check first opener "They Shook", a weighty combination of bumping West Coast deep house grooves, drowsy samples and urgent, hip-house style vocals, before diving into the memorable harp flourishes, Willie Hutch samples and bouncy disco-house drums of "Brothers". If that lot's not enough to set the pulse racing, then turn your attention to Lexlay's full-throttle rework of "They Shook", which pushes the track further towards tops-off rave territory thanks to booty-shaking sub-bass and ear-piercing sirens.
