Cologne's Ancient Future Now opens the vault and lets their favourite producers from around the globe play around with some prior releases. This is the first of three remix EPs, with fantastic reworks featuring Hamburgers RSS Disco (Mireia Records) with a woozy and esoteric rework of Johannes Klingebiel's "All Around Me", the Australian psychedelic vibes of Dreems (Kompakt) appearing twice: on a rolling and hypnotic remix of Julian Stetter's "Wall" and then with DJ Weemon on their track "Okuruwo" where Tight Pants' Tell Max He's Dreeming Remix delivers an ambient house rendition - featuring some lush polyrhythms and emotive pads.
