After albums from Recondite and John Frusciante's Trickfinger project last year, the Acid Test series returns with a latest 12" pairing up the inestimable talents of John Tejada and Tin Man. The two share a curious reverse synchronicity; Tejada was born in Vienna but lives in LA, whilst Johannes 'Tin Man' Auvinen was born in LA but lives in Vienna! Given their dual experience of Los Angeles, it is little surprise they struck upon the theme of driving as the concept for this Swift Box 12", with the three original tracks dealing with life lived on the city's freeway system. If you like your acid to cruise along on expertly sequenced rhythms you will love this 12"! There is the added bonus presence of Acid Test regulars Achterbahn D'Amour who remix "Diamond Lanes" and offer up a danker take on the track.
