Time to Change sees veteran producer Kink team up with the fast-rising Raredub. The title track is a high-octane affair that resounds to a booming Hoover bass and dramatic chord builds. With the inclusion of chopped up vocals over the swung rhythm, Change sounds like a distant, techno-centric cousin of 2 step. The label has also chosen its remixer wisely, with Marcel Dettman delivering two reshapes.
