Kyodai are back on Exploited for their sixth outing on the Berlin based imprint. Comprised of Javier & Luis Garayalde Oses, the duo look to world music influences on the deep exotic journey of "Iyes" featuring some awe-inspiring polyrhythms. Those gorgeously hypnotic drums return on the dreamy and ethereal "Melancolia" up next, while things finish off in a more jagged fashion with the bass heavy "Agwe" featuring some truly disorienting time signature. The Oses, presumably brothers, had a great career thus far with releases on top labels such as Mule Musiq, Local Talk and Freerange.Get new release alerts
